Plant connected, too, but he was the one who emerged with a cut under his right eye, the result of his shades pushing against his cheek. He battered Plant in that round, with plenty of right hands to the body that made the area red, and with a bunch of big left hooks up top. But prior to that, Taylor built himself into one of the top 140-pound fighters in the world. Like many fighters who have gotten a taste of big money after fighting Canelo Alvarez, Plant likely will resist the idea of returning to the money he was making before. I've always been a fighter who can step up to the occasion; I do best when there's a lot of pressure on the line," he says. "When the lights are on and it's time to put my best foot forward, I always do that, in or out of the ring.
The 31-year-old American doesn’t have a targeted date for his next title defense though, but speaking after the fight in Guadalajara, Canelo says his time will come once he deals with his fellow countryman, a few months after his fight with Billy Joe Saunders. Canelo Alvarez made his second fight in the first half of 2021 one to remember, as he stopped Billy Joe Saunders in front of over 70,000 fans (reportedly) at AT&T Stadium in Texas, unifying the WBC, WBA, and WBO super middleweight titles. After his impressive finish of Billy Joe Saunders for the WBO belt in May, all signs pointed to Canelo facing Caleb Plant for undisputed status. Canelo is crushing Saunders! After a tentative first round, the 30-year-old Alvarez took control before Saunders had his best rounds in the fifth and sixth, when the southpaw landed his best left hand of the fight. Most of the bouts listed took place between 2010 and 2014, with thirteen taking place in 2011. The most recent bout was Alvarez's fight against Caleb Plant in November 2021 at the MGM Grand. During a recent interview with FightHype, Bradley was asked to comment on the Alvarez vs.
Alvarez likely would be a heavy favorite over Beterbiev, but there would be the “yeah, but” from those in the media who have closely followed Beterbiev’s career. She was staying with a friend, who made a 911 call one Saturday morning for an ambulance, reportedly saying Beth Plant wasn't making sense. The big boxing drama is coming to a close this Saturday night in what's expected to be the fight of the year candidate. Golovkin is going to turn 39 in April, and with three fights left on his contract with DAZN (at least if the number of fights stayed consistent through reported contract re-working), I think it’s fair to say that boxing fans largely would like to see him avoid any more Steve Rolls or Szeremeta fight nights. Smith though was even more incensed by the fact the YouTube star thought he was at the level where he could challenge a fighter of Alvarez’s calibre. Before you leave, do some research on plant life you are likely to see, as well as animals like birds, deer, or even wolves. He’s not going to get a title shot in the immediate or even particularly near future, anyway.
Plant is holding a knife and, after she's repeatedly told to drop the weapon, is shot by the deputy. A scuffle on stage during the press conference led to Plant getting cut under his eye. The scuffle got people talking for a day or two and might look nice on the promotional video but that's about it. If you look back over my life, there's been a lot of things that have happened that I really haven't had any control over, from my childhood to where I grew up to what went on in the household to stuff with my mother, to my daughter. As such, let us take a closer look at Caleb Plant’s Family, and how they have inspired him to become the man he is today. He have a lot of skills in boxing, but the way he say bad things, that’s not my way to promote fights. I don't have a persona or anything like that that I'm trying to live up to.
